30 | 60 | 90 DAY ACTION PLAN

DAY 1-30
 

During the initial 30 days, my primary focus will be on familiarizing myself with the team dynamics and establishing alignment with the organizational goals:
 

  • Initiate discussions with my immediate Sr. Manager to gain insight into their goals and vision for the department, ensuring alignment with our collective objectives for business growth.

  • Arrange one-on-one meetings with Supervisors to understand their schedules and availability for engaging with their respective team members.

  • Conduct individual sessions with Team Members to identify their motivations, assess areas where support may be required, and identify opportunities for coaching and development.

  • Learn all aspects of the Operations.
     

DAY 31-60

​

In the next 30 days, my emphasis will be on addressing skill gaps, optimizing procedures, and enhancing cross-departmental collaboration:

​

  • Identify and address any skill gaps within the team, providing necessary support and training where needed.

  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of all checklists to ensure standards adherence and identify improvement areas.

  • Familiarize myself with any updated procedures for both Team Members and Management.

  • Evaluate the adequacy of coverage in various areas, assessing routes and venue coverage, and exploring alternative approaches if necessary.

  • Facilitate joint walkthroughs with Days/Nights Management and Supervisors to foster stronger cooperation across departments and establish effective lines of communication.

DAY 61-90

​

In the final phase of the 90-day plan, the focus will be on coaching, refining responsibilities, and promoting safety and development initiatives:

​

  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to Team Members while fostering a culture of collaboration and support.

  • Review and clarify team responsibilities, ensuring alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.

  • Evaluate the budget allocation and identify opportunities for scheduling optimization.

  • Conduct a thorough assessment of safety protocols and regulatory compliance, implementing measures to promote a safe working environment for Team Members.

  • Review incident and injury (I&I) history, engaging in conversations with Team Members to address any concerns and implement preventive measures.

  • Invest in the development of both Team Members and the Leadership Team, setting clear goals for Supervisors to foster their growth and advancement.

  • Establish connections and network with colleagues from other departments to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.

  • Prioritize team members' well-being and identify areas for enhancement within existing positive practices. Additionally, aim to discern any deficiencies or requirements within the team and management structure.

 

 

By executing this 30-60-90 day plan diligently, I aim to contribute to the success and growth of the operations while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
